This position is a great opportunity for Newly Qualified Social Workers that are looking for their first step into social work. This role will give the perfect opportunity to work with a supportive local authority.

*Involvement in the Care Management process working alongside a Senior Social Worker or Assistant Team Manager
*Working with vulnerable adults, assessing their needs and helping to contribute to the development of support plans, that can enable them to achieve the optimum level of independence
*Provide sensitive, responsive, and appropriate response to people who use services and their carers

Requirements:
*5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
*Driving License and use of own vehicle (including business insurance cover)
*Enhanced DBS
