Production Supervisor
Days and nights 12 hour shifts

Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join a FMCG Food Manufacturer based in Telford. The right candidate will be required to work a rotational set shift pattern that will involve Days or Nights and includes weekends and will ensure smooth and compliant practices within a busy production environment. Your responsibilities will be to:
*Monitoring and driving performance across the shift
*Ensure correct deployment of staff
*Lead and effectively manage a team of team leaders on each production line.
*Checking/ observing compliance on each production line to achieve efficiency
*Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly start and end of shift
*Apply Continuous Improvement techniques such as 5 Whys to problem solving with your team
*100% compliance with Food Safety Regulations, quality, housekeeping, and safety systems
*Working with production manager and the technical team to ensure forward planning
*Shift handovers with other supervisors
Previous experience in a similar role or in a food-based manufacturing environment would be an advantage with proven track record in delivery of high efficiency standards.
