As the Mail room administrator you will be responsible for all client set-up and business processing relating to new or existing clients and closure activities of the Client Administration Team, on the Fusion, PULSE and Symphony systems, within agreed SLAs.

The client is a well established financial services business based in Northwich who require an experienced administrator to join their growing team on a 9 month basis.
Description
The Key responsibilities of the role will include
Accurate and timely processing of new client and / or new portfolio set ups, including, but not limited to, ongoing fee shapes/structures, reporting pack settings, income preferences/bank account recording and all other applicable data items.
Internal and external mail collection and dispatch for clients whose post is received in Northwich
Scanning of incoming mail on relevant document management system.
Accurate and timely processing of payment in expectations, covering regular and ad hoc events, including initial fee processing and CITS Administration fees.
Setting up of Direct Debt instructions for new clients in accordance with the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
Keen attention to detail (system and non-system).
Ability to work quickly and accurately within very tight deadlines.
Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
Flexibility and availability to work overtime during peak workload periods.
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous Financial Services experience, specifically in a Wealth Management business, would be a key advantage, as would experience in working with investment products and platforms.'
Previous data entry and paperwork checking experience desirable.
Previous experience working in a busy mail room environment, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail would be a great advantage.
Previous experience of dealing with high volumes of confidential client paperwork and involvement in scanning documentation onto a document management system would be an advantage.
