Credit Controller required on a ongoing temporary basis.

Our Client based in the centre of Cheltenham is looking for a Credit Controller to work on a temporary ongoing basis. This will be a part home/part office working and will evolve to more of an office based position as the COVID guidelines are eased.

Previous experience:

Candidates must have experience of working within a busy credit control department or where the main proportion of the duties revolve around the credit control function of accounts.

Overview of the role:

* Ensuring all premium payment warranties are collected in compliance with company standards.

* Minimising losses through credit risk by: ensuring all premiums are collected, issuing and/or reconciliation of client statements, monitoring and pursuing aged debts and maintaining records.

* Communicating internally within the company and externally with clients, in order to resolve queries.

* Settling balances when funds are received, subject to approval procedures.

* Carrying out individual projects or tasks designated by your Manager/Assistant Manager and any other general administrative duties.

Hours - 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
