Onsite Account Manager
We are currently looking for an Onsite Account Manager to add to our current team. The role will be to work at our Client's premises and to provide an onsite support to the opperation.
PROMAN in the UK is a part of the PROMAN Group (1.8 Billion Euro Sales in 2018). We are currently developing a UK network and this is creating new opportunities for talented individuals in many sectors of the business.

Onsite Account Manager
The Role
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, dynamic and willing to go the extra mile.
Understanding of automotive sector would be of a great benefit. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, keen to learn the client's operation and being able to provide an outstanding serice to the client. We are looking for a person with good management skills who would be in a position to manage a team of agency workers.
Previous recruitment experience will be extremely beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner, good administration skills, report writing experience and a willingness to learn and progress throughout the company.
The main aspect of the role is to co-ordinate the agency workforce & the service team on client’s site…
Some of the duties my involve;
• Managing collective onsite attendance and absence
• Delivering KPI's
• Managing & processing holiday requests
• Attending meetings
• Managing & escalating health and safety incidents
• Coordinating onsite recruitment
• Managing weekly overtime planning
• Managing & processing payroll for workers
• Administration tasks
• Other ad hoc duties

You will have solid work history and some managerial experience. You will also have the following…
• MUST have excellent communications skills and first class telephone manner
• Be a positive and passionate person
• Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
• Well organised with attention to detail
