Case Administrator
Job Type: FTC till March 31st 2021
Location: Nottingham/Home working
Salary: £8.74ph
Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm
As a case administrator, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to other areas of the business and external stakeholders. This is a varied role which involves various administrative tasks and will involve working with sensitive matters and issues so discretion and your approach is very important for this role.

The role will involve:
• The effective management and progression of cases
• Providing administrative support to local advisors and service managers
• Monitoring case progression and updating relevant stakeholders
• Composing and sending letters
• Working with sensitive matters
• Problem solving daily and working on your own initiative
• Monitoring and ordering stock supplies when necessary
• Scheduling and booking meetings and sending invites
• Data entry and quality checking documents
• Working to timescales and deadlines
It is essential that you have the following:
• High attention to detail
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Good level of English language, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, excel and outlook
• Experience of working as part of a team
Unfortunately due to the requirement of this role, we are unable to consider anyone who has a notice period of over 3 weeks
