Description
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of a large monthly payroll.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, managing year end to include P60, P11D etc, general ledger reconciliations, ensuring adherence to compliance and legislation at all times, whilst driving change through process efficiencies and transformation.
You will be responsible for driving the team through review of workloads, outputs and by conducting training and development reviews.
This role holds a large part in a number of key business wide projects that will involve stakeholder management.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Have managed a payroll team previously
Have run a medium to large payroll previously
Have strong systems knowledge
Has very good stakeholder management skills
Have an updated knowledge of payroll legislation
Job Offer
