Audit Administrator

Here's an excellent opportunity for someone with Data Analytics experience to work for our client within the Civil Service. A Glasgow-based organisation working in the regulatory sector is looking for an Audit Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary contract basis lasting until March 2021.

As Audit Administrator, you will be involved in Configuration, Administration of Systems and Data Analytics.

Primary Audit Administrator duties:

Work with internal stakeholders to redefine the audit portal questionnaire structure
Reconfigure the EQMS system with the agreed audit portal questionnaire(s)
Configure the EQMS system with the configuration items identified in the field trial remediation plan.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement the audit import process
Record and deliver a change management processThe ideal candidate will be:

Strongly IT literate, able to learn the administration of the EQMS product
Strong analytical skills
An enquiring mind that investigates the fundamentals
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
A flexible approach to working, with the ability to work on multiple strands of work and be responsive to challenging and ever evolving deadlinesSkills required for this role:

Attention to detail
Inter-personal skills, team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with handling change management
Experience of working in an agile way
VBA and Power BI experience
