Are you an experienced Administrator with great organisational skills looking for your next challenge ? We are working with one of our prestigious clients who are looking for an Administrator to join their team in a modern and vibrant environment.
Main duties:
• Process a high volume of payments and monitoring reports to ensure compliance with agreed targets
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective investment processing
• Ensure compliance is met for all the cases handled
• Handling various tasks and supporting the team with key operational functions
• Working in a fast paced environment that is customer-focused
• General Administration duties (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.)
Skills:
• Leadership skills
• Great planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Being customer focused
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and great understanding of systems
