JOB TITLE: Part Time Accounts Assistant
LOCATION: Taunton
SALARY: Up to £10.50 per hour dependant on experience
HOURS: Monday - Friday 20 hours per week
BENEFITS: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) down to earth, friendly team
THE ROLE: Our client a growing and forward thinking business based in Taunton are seeking a part-time, experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team in an exciting new role. Our client have an excellent reputation and are specialists in their sector.
Duties to include:
Uploading invoices onto the system
Bank reconciliation
Liaising with accountants and supporting with the preparation of end of year accounts
Credit control
Managing records and budgets
Dealing with queries in a timely manner
Updating the system accurately
Preparing financial reports for Directors
General finance adminTHE CANDIDATE: To be successful in this role you will have high attention to detail, be very organised and methodical and be able to work to deadlines and work well under pressure. You will also be speaking with clients so you must have strong customer service skills and be able to build business relationships.
