We are advertising on behalf of our client, that requires a Call Centre Handler x 2 

Company Information

A privately owned and independently operated company that specialises in a wide range of fleet support services are looking for Call Centre Administrator/ Call Handlers.

They operate from a Southampton based call centre. All their service providers are independent, time served and fully compliant with all modern legislation and understand the customers service needs.

We are looking for a customer focused administrator/call handler, to ensure the service delivery of each aspect of the business – call handling and job completion administration

Full training and support will be given.

Shift Details

  • Monday – Friday 6pm – 10pm – administration led shift handling small numbers of call
  • Monday – Friday 5am – 9am – call handling led shift booking in new requests from customers

Duties

Working under the guidance of the Call Centre Supervisor, the main aim of a fleet service advisor is to provide excellent customer service; to meet and exceed their customer’s requirements and KPI’s.

  • Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPI.
  • Prioritising workflow to maximize time efficiency, to meet productivity & quality targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across the board.
  • Make sure all customers KPI’s and SLA’s are met when dealing with all requests.
  • Support the management team with any tasks/requests as required by the of the demands of the Service Centre
  • Make accurate frontline decisions within a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the movements of broken-down vehicles and replacement vehicles (spares) to cover within KPI and SLA time frames.
  • Update notes on system to reflect status of jobs and log any calls received to and from customers. Keep customer informed at all time of status of repair of vehicle and adhere to any queries from the customer in a timely manner.
  • Chasing and processing job completion data in preparation to authorise and invoice, including checking and uploading images to the relevant transactions

   Requirements

Previous call centre and administration experience preferred but not essential

  • Excellent telephone communication.
  • Advance email knowledge.
  • Knowledge or experience within fleet solutions, or motor-based industry.
  • Excellent time management & planning skills

Salary Package £9.45 per hour, plus holidays.
