The role responsibilities include:

Processing sales orders and service jobs on SAP accurately and in a timely manner
Taking and chasing orders/payments over the phone, via fax, post or email
General office administration tasks and dealing with queriesRequirements:

Sales Ordering Processing experience
Office environment customer service experience
Good organisational and time-management skills
Motivated with an aptitude to learn
Attention to detail
MS Office and PC skillsDesirable:

Sales Ordering Processing experience
Must have working knowledge of SAP
May suit someone with call centre experienceIdeally full time

Hours are Mon - Thurs 8:15 am - 5pm

Friday 8:15 am - 3:45 pm

1 hour lunch break
