Sales Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a highly successful business on the outskirts of York. The successful candidate will confidently speak with customers processing sales orders within the food and drink industry.

Some of the Sales Administrator duties are:

Speaking with customers taking sales orders and inputting these into the system
Using excellent customer service, building long lasting relationships
Creating and processing delivery notes, arranging the orders for delivery
Creating invoices and sending these to the clients

The ideal Sales Administrator will:

Work well without supervision
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel
Experience using Xero would be advantageous

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, earning a salary up to £10 per hour depending on your experience.
