A new and exciting role for a Telesales Executive to join the UK's leading company within its Industry Sector
The successful applicant will convert client quotations into orders and follow up hot lead's generated by the Marketing Department.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN B2B TELESALES AND BASIC TELESALES TRAINING
Job Description
Effectively build rapport with clients and deliver set call and talk time each day.
Negotiate with existing prospects to ensure the business increases quotation & conversion levels
Target key marketing who have shown an interest in our product by their interaction with direct marketing and via the website.The remainder of the role will involve supporting the estimating team in periods of high demand or as holiday cover. The role will involve calculating and preparing quotations and processing orders from our clients.
Sales
Achieving set KPI for call levels and talk time to maximise conversion of quotations and follow up of prospects who have shown an interest in the company's services
Manage prospects using the company's CRM system ensuring a proper ongoing sales interaction is maintained.
Identify potential larger clients and hand over to specialists in the sales team to maximise orders
Develop a comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of how clients make use of the product rangePersonal Attributes
An enquiring mind and interest in offering print advice. Working with customers to understand their requirements
Self-motivated and results oriented * Personable with good people skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with work colleagues, suppliers and customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly numerate
* Good organisational skills and ability to work under your own initiative
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a changing environment
* Have a can do attitude
* Self-motivated and results oriented
