Half-Hourly Meter Operator Agent
The purpose of the HHMO (Half Hourly Meter Operator) Agent is to manage our portfolio of circa 22,000 HH (Half Hourly) metered customers; from sale, contract creation and account set up through to the scheduling of metering appointments, flow handling, meter commissioning, invoicing and credit control. This involves collaborative working with other business units, suppliers and third party agents, in an accurate and timely manner.
Pay: £11:32 per hour
Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG
Responsibilities
Process and work all data transfer flows in a timely and regulatory compliant manner.
Arrange metering appointments with customers and liaise with the scheduling team to book in appointments.
Investigate and resolve meter communication line failures; keeping HHDC (Half Hourly Data Collection), supplier and customer informed, as required, to ensure timely fault resolution.
Deal with all third party queries within agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Resolve or escalate all customer issues that may prevent payment.
Analysis of portfolio data to identify and correct any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and quality.
Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation of processes, procedures and controls.
Qualifications - Essential Skills
Previous experience in a customer facing role; including strong customer focus with a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence.
The ability to make decisions and meet tight deadlines amidst conflicting priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with customers.
The ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format.
Collaborative approach to work.
Problem solving skills.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
