Job Details
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Contact Centre/Customer Service Agents to join our clients expanding team and have a number of positions available.
Part time - working 3 to 4 evenings a week 6pm to 10pm and either a Saturday or a Sunday 10am to 2pm or 11am to 3pm.
You would need to be available to work in the day time for 6 weeks to complete your training, 1 week of night-shifts so this wouldn't suit anyone looking to do this alongside a full time role.
Location - Corby
Salary - £9.30 per hour
Starting - 13th October Some of your duties will include:
Handling incoming calls.
Booking engineer service visits.
Identifying and ordering spare parts.
Assisting with trouble shooting.
Providing pre purchase advice.
Cross selling warranties.The successful candidate will be customer focused, have soft selling skills, a structured approach to hitting goals and deadlines, excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A good degree of computer literacy is a must alongside previous customer services experience.
