Internal Sales Administrator
Location: Harlow (Pinnacles)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities include:
You will be expected to learn and understand the product range
Provide support and assistance to the sales team as required
Maintain and enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) database
Processing Customer Purchase orders using Sage
Acknowledging and updating customers on their orders including delivery dates or potential delays
Dealing with customer enquiries regarding despatch dates, tracking information, part codes, pricing and minor technical enquiries
Proactively Target both new & selected existing accountsKey Skills:
The candidate must have an excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the use of Sage & CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
Personal Qualities:
A proactive, self-disciplined individual is required with an ambition to succeed and develop their career. Good communication and presentation skills are essential. Tenacity and the determination to achieve results in a busy, diverse and challenging commercial environment are essential.
The candidate should have the ability to work within a team and individually to complete tasks and initiatives.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm with ½ hour for lunch
Holiday Entitlement:
22 days with an additional day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days
