ADMIN ASSISTANT - 20 TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS 18 - 20K - PRO RATA START ASAP

Your new company
My client is a growing chemical business who are looking to take on an additional member of staff.

Your new role
As an admin assistant,you will work in a team of 3 alongside the sales order team and the purchase order team.
Main duties will include:

Scanning documents and uploading
Ensuring relevant information is logged
Booking non stock into SAGE
Answering of the phones
Opening and closing post
Greeting visitors
Booking hospitality for football matches
Cover for team members during holidays
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an excellent team player who can multi task during busy peaks.
Good organisation skills and excellent admin experience
The ability to use Microsoft office packages - including word and excel
Good attention to detail
