A exciting opportunity to join my highly innovative, global client as their new Sales Manager. My client delivers a vast range of access solutions to customers across construction and industrial markets.
If you are an experienced Sales Manager with a track record of successful team and customer development, with a background in access solutions, temporary works, scaffolding, formwork, shoring or falsework, I want to hear from you.
As Sales Manager, you will have ownership of the success of the sales function, working with and managing the team to identify and develop opportunities with main contractors to deliver increased productivity and enhance safety levels across their construction projects, offering time and cost savings.
* Manage and complex negotiations and sales cycles.
* Sales team training, mentoring and management.
* Prospecting through sales initiatives.
* Project led contract intelligence.
