The Role:

This is a newly created role to support a growing function within our organisation, being part of an evolving team tasked with increasing efficiencies and the candidate experience. It is an exciting time to join the business at the start of our new journey.

The recruitment administrator will provide valuable support to the team, particularly in recruitment, on boarding and data gathering.

Duties of the Recruitment Administrator:

  • Administer the recruitment process, including monitoring the recruitment inbox,
  • Processing new starter payroll paperwork
  • Ensuring that references are obtained for all new starters in-line with the company’s resourcing requirements
  • Supporting & collaborating with the People Services team recruiters
  • Producing NHS employment contracts
  • Updating employee personnel files
  • Collecting, collating & approving right to work documentation
  • Dealing with general HR & Recruitment queries  
  • Processing DBS requests via our online Capita portal

Experience & skills required

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a busy and progressive
  • Recruiting/HR environment.
  • Willingness to work with multiple supervisors in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
  • Client focused approach towards work and someone who is commercially aware.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Ability and resilience to work to deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • IT literate ' Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions

Location:

This role is based within Leicester city centre (A short walk from Leicester train station) Hours are 9 - 5pm but with some flexibility if required.
