SENIOR FUNDRAISER

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, £33,036 - £43,438 per annum.

Starting salary will be based upon experience and qualification

Are you an experienced fundraiser, looking for career progression with a track record of raising significant capital funds?

Ruskin Mill Trust is in the process of expanding and we are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Fundraiser to focus on capital fundraising, taking particular responsibility for our centres in the south of England and Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to help develop new projects and see them through to fruition, along with the Trust’s existing work in special needs schools and colleges. You would work in collaboration with the Trust’s cross-trust fundraising team and be based at Ruskin Mill, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, or in our new office in Bristol, with frequent travel between the two locations and our colleges in South Wales.

To undertake this role successfully you will need excellent analytic, written, verbal, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. You must be adaptable and show initiative with experience of managing a diverse workload and ability to meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of Welsh funding streams would be advantageous.

You will need to have knowledge of or be willing to embrace the principles of Rudolf Steiner and Holistic Education.

Ruskin Mill Trust has pioneered successful programmes that can transform the lives of young people and adults with special needs.  It is a complex and rewarding organisation in which to work. In return for your skills, we offer significant personal development opportunities to work within a holistic organisation that is diverse and growing. All new staff undertake an exciting and informative interactive induction that allows the opportunity to experience the craft and student experience.
