Marketing and Communications Administrator role offering a salary of circa £20,000 plus excellent company benefits.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign
  • Marketing, Customer Support and administration experience

The role has two clear elements:

The sales channel element of the role is to focus on supporting our Wholesaler distribution channel partners.  Working closely with the sales teams, this role delivers clear promotional and campaign material to support our day to day sales efforts undertaken by the teams. The role is also responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the head office marketing teams of our larger distribution partners. 

The internal communications element of the role is to ensure internal communications for the UK business are regular, relevant, insightful and add value to all employees.

More about the role:

  • Quick creation and rapid distribution of defined sales flyers, promotional leaflets, and campaign initiatives to specifically target the wholesaler and contractor partners
  • Using the provided tools, generate high frequency, relevant and targeted customer email campaigns
  • Establish effective relationships with our wholesaler partners' head office to ensure that they are kept up to date of all of the latest new products, promotions, imagery and content
  • Ensure that all products and listings in our partners material are correct and up to date
  • Support and provide input to the Marketing team 
  • Deliver a minimum of twice monthly communications to the organisation in print and email 
  • Manage the collation of content, ensuring that the communications are relevant and easy to understand
  • Ensure that group communications are issued in line with the requirements
  • Develop ideas of how to improve internal communications to ensure greater exposure in the business
