SERVICE CARE – OLDHAM

Servicecare Support Services Limited, a division of Clipper Logistics plc, is the UK’s leading B2B and consumer electronics repair, refurbishment and return-to-market, service company.  The business is based upon supporting major manufacturers and retailers who need to maximise revenue from returned customer purchases.

The good news is that our continued success and business growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the overall purpose of the role will be to assist in the management of the Warehousing function.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To be conversant with performance and operational targets
  • To ensure a clear operational plan is communicated so that all employees are clear about their expected targets
  • To foster a competent, motivated, engaged and focused workforce ensuring they perform effectively at all times
  • To ensure training and development needs are identified and training plans produced
  • To establish priorities and communicate them effectively
  • To identify, evaluate, address and communicate potential problems and risks
  • To continuously monitor performance and refresh plans accordingly
  • To maintain day to day employee and customer relationships
  • To be visible, available and lead by example
  • To support operational requirements on a daily basis

The Person;

  • Will be flexible with regards shifts (shift pattern to include additional hours, working every other Saturday)
  • Will have a proven record of delivering results against service-related KPI's
  • Will be PC literate
  • Will have proven experience of working within a similar role and environment
  • Will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees & management.
