Full or Part Time Office Administrator (Catering Butchers) opportunity based In Stoke Prior, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire offering £8.50 per hour (overtime may be available at times).

Job Share considered.

School Holidays off.

As an expanding, established, family run business we have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team. Experience in an Office environment is essential and knowledge of Sage Accounts is desirable although training will be provided.

Hours of work are negotiable with the following options available;

  • Full Time - 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday
  • Part Time - 9.30am till 3pm Monday to Friday
  • Job Share - Negotiable

All of the options would include all school holidays off. (5.6 weeks per annum including Bank Holidays would be as paid leave pro rata to hours contracted).

ORGANISATION CHART:

  • Reporting to Marketing Director

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • To ensure a first-class customer experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing telephone & emailed orders.
  • Processing card payments.
  • Handling Customer Service enquiries
  • Liaising with production department and delivery drivers.
  • General Office Administration.
  • Processing Credit Notes
  • Reconciling Remittances
  • Any other duties and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy the customers’ needs.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills Required

Essential

  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment.

Desirable

  • Previous experience of Sage Accounts or similar.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all Health and Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
  • Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
  • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies.

As the majority of our contracts are schools this role would suit somebody able to take all leave during school holidays.
