Langford Vets - Senior HR Advisor (Full Time and Part Time applications considered)

Langford Vets is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide a well-rounded generalist HR support to the company, which consists of a team of almost 250 employees across the divisions.

Your new company; 

Langford Vets located in the beautiful Somerset countryside, whilst being close to the vibrant city of Bristol.  As a subsidiary company of the University of Bristol,  operate Langford Vets is a commercial veterinary business operating across all animal species and disciplines, while also teaching the future generations of vets and nurses.

Your new role: 

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will join the Langford Vets HR team, which consists of an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor.  You will provide support and professional guidance to managers, team leaders and employees on all aspects of Human Resources policy and procedure, covering all aspects of the Human Resources function.      

What you’ll need to succeed; 

You must have proven experience as an HR professional at a similar level and be passionate about providing support and guidance to add value to the business.  You will be an excellent listener and communicator, enabling you to provide clear options and professional guidance, with empathy and care in all situations.
