An excellent career development opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager based at MG Lites near Doncaster/Rotherham, offering an excellent basic salary and benefits package.

This is a key role directly supporting and liaising with the Manager and a small technical team to deliver outstanding support and service within a very busy environment

The Role of Office Manager:

  • Liaising with suppliers and customers via the telephone and email.
  • Experienced in managing a small office and an in-depth knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Producing orders/invoices/delivery notes using in house computerised systems.
  • Updating/maintaining client and supplier records.
  • Producing price lists and pricing basic jobs.
  • Experience of using a publishing package preferable.
  • Updating our social media accounts with relevant and suitable posts (Facebook/Instagram etc.)
  • Maintaining trade client records and be comfortable pricing basic jobs.
  • Following all company procedures

The Ideal Office Manager will:

  • Hardworking and Passionate.
  • A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Professional and well presented at all times as you will be meeting and greeting clients.
  • Have excellent numerical and written skills – GCSE in Maths and English essential.
  • Have great organisational skills.
  • Pay great attention to detail.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Be willing to take on additional tasks to support the Team (Research/Product Costs/Suppliers etc.
  • The ability to independently plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a can-do attitude.
