Fruit Machine Host / Amusement Arcade Team Member - Worcester

We are currently recruiting for a talented Fruit Machine Host / Amusement Arcade Assistant to join our highly successful Majestic Bingo Club based in Warndon, Worcester.

You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service skills in providing help and assistance in our new fruit machine arcade.
• Giving change to customers, changing coins into notes
• Managing the machine reservation policy
• Ensuring the machine area is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable
• Serving drinks and snacks to our fruit machine players
• Assisting in promotions of this area
• Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

Skills & Experience:

• Customer service experience (ideally in the hospitality/entertainment industry or from working in an amusement arcade/betting shop)
• Cash handling experience
• A bright, outgoing and friendly personality
• A good work ethos:

• And have a smart appearance

Working Hours:

This is a permanent position, with working hours expected to be around 29 hours per week with a rate of pay of £8.21 per hour. 

Hours of operation are usually from 11am to 11pm 7 days per week and work patterns will include a variety of afternoon, evening and weekend shifts (with our key shifts being on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings), therefore flexibility is key.  We also sometimes open later at weekends and this role would be required to stay until we close and the last customer has left the arcade area.
