Sales Administrator – Permanent - Shrewsbury

We are now recruiting with a well-established and successful organisation for a new Customer Service / Sales Administrator.  This permanent position will suit an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Advisor / Administrator who is looking to join a company with a genuine family feel where you’ll be based within a friendly, modern environment.

Based in a small team, the duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing Orders
  • Credit Control
  • Handling customer queries (email and phone)
  • Complaint Handling
  • Cross selling
  • Ad hoc admin duties

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have worked in a similar role previously, ideally in a commercial role where you have sold items through online portals.

You’ll be IT literate, be able to display a high degree of accuracy, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

Hours or work are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The Shrewsbury location is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
