40 hours per week/52 weeks per year

£27,213 - £32,464 per annum

 

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the committed Residential Team based at Ruskin Mill College based in Nailsworth, Stroud

 

The core purpose of this role is to provide and arrange a range of residential provisions for students who attend Ruskin Mill College. The residential provision may be through Shared Lives Scheme, Managed team houses, home-providers, training flats or others depending on the needs of the students.

 

You will ensure the effective operation of the residential provision and working directly with the Head of residential and other Residential Manager and Shared Lives Co-ordinator’s to ensure the delivery of a high quality, compliant residential provision which has an extended curriculum programme on offer to the students.

 

The post holder must have significant operational experience in a care environment working with all levels of staff and management, high levels of personal resilience, emotional and social intelligence and ideally have knowledge of Rudolf Steiner Holistic Education.

 

Due to the locations of some of our team houses – being a driver with access to your own vehicle would be advantageous.
