Customer Service Assistants / Team Members - Nuneaton

We are currently recruiting for talented customer service assistants to work at our highly successful Grand Bingo Club in Chapel End, Nuneaton. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting Customers
• Providing help and assistance to customers
• Selling Bingo Books/packages
• Giving change
• Serving/preparing food and beverages
• Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
• Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable
• A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
• Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

Skills & Experience:

• Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
• Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Cash handling experience
• A good work ethos:

• Punctual
• Hard working
• And have a smart appearance

Working Hours:

These are permanent part time positions, working around 20 hours per week, with a rate of pay of £8.21 per hour.

Our hours of operation are usually between 11am to 10pm 7 days per week and work patterns will include a variety of afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, offering flexibility for yourself and the business..
