Assessment Centre Learning Support Adviser

We are currently recruiting for an Assessment Centre Learning Support Adviser to join our Learning and Support Team. 

Benefits Full-time salary £26,317 - £30,507

  • We are seeking candidates who can offer full-time 37 hours per week or part-time working 18.5 hours for up to 12 months and individuals who may wish to consider more casual working arrangements
  • Location:  Based at HQ, Newsham Court, Calcot with travel to Stations around the county of Royal Berkshire
  • We offer an excellent leave allowance of 27days (plus bank holidays)

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) is here to support the people of Berkshire.  We want to recruit, retain and develop people who are dedicated to creating a safe, professional and capable working community, providing an efficient service 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are seeking to appoint an Assessment Centre Learning Support Adviser to work closely with colleagues to deliver development programmes and pathways and qualifications to learners across the Service, supporting staff to reach competency in role.

You will devise and deliver training and will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.  You will be an effective communicator able to advise and coach individuals throughout their learning journey and tailor support to individual learning styles.
