Customer Service Administrator – 12 Month Contract – Telford

We are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on an initial 12-month basis.  The company are ideally looking for someone available at short notice but are happy to wait for the right person to serve notice in their current role.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Input of data onto  CRM database
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Process on-line bookings and orders
  • Process and chase payments
  • Ensure customers enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently
  • Send email confirmations and other correspondence

To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous, office-based Administration or Customer Service experience.

You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30. The role comes with a starting salary of £17,500. It also comes with a generous holiday and pension as well as opportunities to progress for the right person.

The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Telford etc
