Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Telford’s best known and fastest growing companies for a new Customer Service Administrator.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Customer Service department within a stable and secure organisation.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing orders
  • Liaise with customers and with internal departments throughout the order & delivery process
  • Ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s are met
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Update CRM
  • Report issues accordingly to management

To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a good level of previous, office based Customer Service experience, specifically dealing on a B2B basis. You’ll need to have a good level of IT proficiency as well as being well organised, have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels on subjects including some technical information.

The modern office site is based in Telford and so is commutable from Shrewsbury, Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Perton, Newport etc
