Job Details

We have vacancies in our Manchester branch, we are currently looking for a Laundry Worker / Textile Care Operative.

As a Laundry Worker you will be responsible for sorting garments ready for washing, loading and unloading industrial sized washing machines and dryers, inspecting, repairing and folding garments ready for packing, checking own quality against operational guidelines, able to work with a variety of fabrics and able to understand and read patterns and specs.

What we’re looking for

Someone who is tenacious, positive and energetic; ready to take on each day as a new challenge. You do not need to have any experience as a textile worker or in a laundry, we will give full training, we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and a flexible adaptable approach to work. We work to a double day shift on a rotating basis and would need people available to work for 8 hours between the hours of 6am-10pm
