We have two positions both based at Bolton but attendance at the Manchester office will be required.

We are looking for candidates with experience but all levels will be considered from newly qualified to experienced advocates.  

The work will be within our Criminal team, focussing primarily on criminal defence work with the possibility also of assisting with our regulatory prosecution work.

The main responsibilities of the criminal defence role are;

• Running a diverse caseload including police station, magistrates and crown court cases, private and legally aided cases
• Attendance at the police station – accreditation status is required, duty solicitor status preferred but not essential
• Attendance at the magistrates court dealing with all types of hearings including trial advocacy
