MIG Welder / Fabricator – Permanent - Telford
We are recruiting on behalf of a small but established company based in Telford for a new MIG welder / Fabricator. This temp to perm position will suit an experienced welder / fabricator who is available at short notice as the company are looking for someone available for an immediate start.
Depending on experience, the hourly rate will be £10.00 - £12.00 per hour (c£20,000 - £25,000 pa plus OT).
Working on predominantly sheet metal (stainless & mild steel) the hours of work are on a straight day shift of 40 hours per week plus overtime.
To be considered for this role you MUST be an experienced MIG welder (used to working to tight tolerances and various gauges) and will also ideally have some experience with TIG welding too. You MUST also be able to work independently from engineering drawings and be a competent fabricator.
The site is accessible on public transport from most of Telford, plus also commutable from Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Shifnal, Newport etc
