SPANISH SALES SUPPORT

Webproductsdirect Ltd are currently recruiting a Sales Support Individual to help develop its Spanish Sales Division.

Organised and pro-active you should be customer service orientated providing strong sales and administrative competency whilst dealing directly with clients in Spain.

Core to the role is dealing with Spanish customers over the telephone and by email. You will possess an excellent telephone manner and a passion for customer focus. Ideal candidates will be self-directed, take initiative, show attention to detail and accuracy. You will be working in a small but growing team with a main purpose of developing and growing the business in Spain and mainland Europe.

You will develop the specified territory by identifying and targeting prospects through cold-calling, telephone prospecting, and direct mail campaigns as well as processing on-line orders, which require an organized and systematic approach.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fluent in Spanish and ability to converse internally in English
• Professional appearance and upbeat, outgoing attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; service orientated.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A strong desire to attain targets through cold calling and email campaigns

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 4:30pm  (although we are happy to negotiate working hours if necessary) you will receive a competitive salary plus an excellent working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity within a small dedicated team, with excellent prospects.
