Student Customer Service Administrator – Temporary - Telford

We are now recruiting with a well-established and successful organisation for a new Customer Service Advisor / Data Cleanser.  This temporary position will suit a University Student on break between their studies or a recent University Graduate looking for work over the summer. You’ll ideally have some previous office-based experience.

The duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Checking on trading and credit status of potential customers
• Establish contact details
• Basic assessment of customer requirements
• Using LinkedIn and other sources for data checking and manipulation
• Update CRM

To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally be a University Student on break between their studies or a recent University Graduate looking for work over the summer and will be available at short notice.

You’ll be IT literate, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

Hours or work are 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.

The Telford location is commutable from Shrewsbury, Newport, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
