Customer Services Manager based in Newport, Shropshire.
Role:
- Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service throughout our company.
- To make sure that the needs of our customers are being satisfied.
- You'll make sure that service standards are being met and manage the customer service team.
- To implement process improvement to enhance the service levels that we provide
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a ‘WOW’ customer experience
- Daily customer service, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex
- Handling customer complaints within very short time frames
- Managing our returns process
- Daily liaising with the consumer, customer and our third-party warehouses
- Updating spreadsheets and running reports to keep an accurate record of any customer issues
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for management to use
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your department
- Learning about our products and services and keeping up to date with changes
- Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, participation in our WOW global meetings
- Coordinating with other departments within our EU and Global team
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a customer service environment, process improvement experience, excellent communications skills, strong IT skills and commercial awareness.
