Office Manager & PA

Job Description:

Growthlabs is looking for an Office Manager and PA to support the continued growth of the business.   The successful candidate will join a small team at an exciting time and be an integral part of our future development. 

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the MD in managing the day to day running of the business, defining procedures, scheduling and prioritising work.
• Supporting the wider team with onboarding new clients, creating reports, and research. 
• Diary management and PA support to MD.
• Creating and formatting Sales Proposals and presentations, creating and circulating meeting action points / minutes.
• Raising invoices
• Credit Control
• Co-ordinating HR and recruitment, generating new starter documentation, contracts etc.
• Co-ordinating meetings and liaising with clients
• Managing suppliers

Key Skills:

• Self-starter who is extremely motivated with excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation capability.
• Excellent communication skills, highly professional and approachable.
• High level of IT literacy and competence with extensive knowledge of the Office Suite, CRM, Xero (or alternative accounting software), and project management tools.
• An understanding of sales and marketing functions in a Business to Business Environment
• Attention to detail with good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Reliability and discretion are essential aspects of the role.

Experience:

• A bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Several years experience working in or supporting sales & marketing in a business to business setting.
• Marketing agency experience desirable but not essential.
