Over the years we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and providing pro-active legal advice.

We are currently seeking to recruit a suitably experienced candidate to join our friendly team and assist the Director in developing the Wills & Probate department.

Experience & Skills Required

It is essential that the successful post holder has previous demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, as well as:

• having a good standard of education – being a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer (Fellow of CILEx) would be advantageous
• enjoying working as part of a small team
• having specific experience with drafting basic wills, dealing with Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection Forms and dealing with the administration of estates
• possessing strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
• having strong attention to detail.
• being organised and efficient in their working approach, able to work on own initiative and as a member of a wider team
• having excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft excel and word.
