Exciting opportunity to join a successful team working as a Sales Executive in a busy sales department, on a full time basis, earning c£19k per annum + bonus + commission

At Future Health Technologies we are passionate about protecting the future health of children, which is why we concentrate our company in two main areas; stem cell banking and diagnostics.  

We are the largest stem cell bank in the UK, having stored more samples than all other UK banks combined and have been established for over 14 years. We fully believe in the value of these services, as well as their present and future possibilities. 

We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Executive, working 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, to join our successful sales team to focus mainly on outbound selling and impeccable customer care, based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, great customer service skills and an ability to adapt attitudes to match the customer is essential.  We are looking for an individual with extensive sales experience who enjoys working in a target structured environment. 

After sales care is also required to provide information and results of the service to the client.  The successful applicant must feel comfortable speaking with clients about sensitive information, although extensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering client enquiries and discussing the service in depth, promoting the companies USPs and up-selling further products;
  • Providing support to existing clients;
  • Distributing information to clients;
  • Close adherence to KPIs and sales targets to ensure these are met;
  • Problem resolution and dealing with challenging clients;
  • Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up to date and accurate;
  • Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations;
  • Recurrently update your knowledge of all company policies and adhere to the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001.

  • Meeting sales targets - Ability to hit targets and motivation to exceed expectations;
  • Accuracy & punctuality - Time keeping and accuracy are essential in this fast paced role
  • Communication & Relationship Building - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount to this position;
  • Strategy & Prioritisation - As this is such a varied role, the ability to plan ahead and prioritise an ever-changing workload is essential to success.
  • Computer Literacy - You will need to be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service - We pride ourselves on the levels of customer service that both our end users and our partners receive.  Therefore, the successful applicant will be empathetic and solutions focused.

Terms & Benefits:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working from 9am - 6pm;
  • Salary c£19k per annum;
  • Bonus & Commission potential;
  • 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 25;
  • Contributory Company Pension Scheme;
