Executive Team Assistant (PA/Secretary) based in Rickmansworth (WD3), offering an attractive salary, bonus scheme, private healthcare, excellent pension scheme plus much more.

We are looking for an Executive Team Assistant to provide day to day support to our Group HR Director and the senior management team/Board. The ideal  Executive Team Assistant will posses the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record as a Personal Assistant, secretary or supporting a team at Board level;
  • Experience of, and confident in, planning complex/international travel, diary management and meeting management;
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality;
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including the ability to manipulate data) and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Organised, proactive and flexible;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, friendly, self-starter to carry out the following tasks:

  • Assisting with the expenses process;
  • Creating correspondence, monthly reports, presentations and spreadsheets, including confidential matters;
  • Organising regular, international HR meetings;
  • Updating the global HR contact list;
  • Managing access requests for Corestream System (training will be given);
  • Assisting with conference, training and event management;
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant to CEO with Board travel and business meeting arrangements (i.e. Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive and Budget Meetings);
  • Carrying out general office duties including answering phones and door, greeting visitors, post, refreshments for meetings and assisting with general office facilities;
  • Providing cover for other administrative staff.
