We are currently seeking to appoint part time Finance Administrator working 15 hours per week (specific hours to be agreed), based in our main office in Billesley, who will contribute to and oversee the associated administrative tasks, with a particular responsibility to assist the Finance Manager. 

It is essential that the successful candidate has previous demonstrable experience working in a finance administrative role, and specifically:

  • has a good standard of education, ideally having a recognised accountancy qualification such as AAT
  • has significant experience of maintaining a complete set of computerised account ledgers (Sage 50)
  • has significant experience of Bank Reconciliations and Credit
  • is proficient in Microsoft Packages
  • has the ability to incorporate legislation and related guidance into everyday practice
  • has the ability to maintain high standards of written and electronic records as well as having excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and engage effectively with people from a wide variety of social and ethnic backgrounds
  • has an excellent telephone manner
  • has excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage an agreed workload
  • be able to handle sensitive and confidential data in an appropriate manner
  • Able to adopt a flexible approach to the needs of the company
