Van Driver

Temporary Van Driver (holiday cover) required fat the Bradford Branch of this leading electrical wholesaler for a period of 1 week w/c Monday, 3rd June 2019 and 2 weeks w/c Monday, 15th July 2019 within the hours of 0700 and 1730 on Mondays to Fridays (42.5 hours per week).

There may be scope for additional hours on an as and when required basis to cover staff holidays and busy periods.

The Role of Van Driver:

• To load/unload the van.
• To safely deliver small/large packages, including multi drops and collections, to both business and home addresses.
• To offer excellent levels of service and care to customers.

Essential Van Driver Skills:

• A clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent local knowledge of the surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills (face-to-face and via the telephone).
• A smart and presentable appearance.
• The ability to plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
• Reliability and trustworthiness.
• A great team player.
