Training and Development Coordinator
(Hiram Education and Research Team)
3 days per week/ 39 weeks
Pro Rata the FTE £29,943 - £38,883 per annum dependant
on experience and qualifications
We are now looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to support Coleg Plas Dwbl a provision of Ruskin Mill College based on a 100 acre bio-dynamic farm at the foot of the Preseli Hills in the Welsh countryside.
You will bring the vision, values, method and purpose of Ruskin Mill Trust to life for staff, through training and development opportunities. In addition you will ensure that all mandatory trainings are in place for all staff who work at this site.
You must have experience of working with the insights and ideas of Rudolf Steiner and be an experienced trainer.
This role may also suit someone who has significant experience within a Waldorf education setting.
