Commercial & Supply Chain Co-ordinator / Assistant (Part time 2-3 days a week)

Salary £22,000 FTE

This is a part time role 2-3 days per week hours 9.00 am - 4.30pm.

Salary negotiable depending on experience but is expected to be in the region of £22,000 FTE.  25 Days holiday, free parking, working with a fab team including the office dog.

The Role

On the Mark are delighted to be rapidly expanding and growing as a business.  We have a newly created role to help with all aspects of admin, stock management and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and it is an opportunity for a candidate with the right skills and most importantly the right attitude, to really make this role their own.  This is within a small team and the office is based in Shirley, Croydon in a private residence.  The successful candidate must be a good team player with a flexible can do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management, including a weekly stock take
  • Management and control of the Storage Units
  • Loading and unloading the company delivery van
  • Driving the Company Van; responsible for deliveries to London Gatwick, London Heathrow and the UPS Depo
  • Processing orders
  • Producing invoices and labelling for deliveries
  • Ad hoc duties and admin support as and when required within the small team

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Right personality – positive, likeable, good sense of humour, builds relationships easily
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Computer Literate – in particular Excel
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Honest and Trustworthy
