Stakeholder Manager (permanent position)

Location - Leeds, LS15 (With travel)

Salary - £37,925 to £46,125

The role:

As Stakeholder Manager you will be given ownership high profile projects that ensure we deliver great services for our stakeholder community and excel in our regulatory responsibilities.

This will see you working closely with senior colleagues and external partner to understand and act upon our customer's expectations. You will see the bigger picture as you create a culture of proactive engagement across our business and build trusted relationships across our network.

Working as part of a small friendly team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our stakeholder boards and focus groups
  • Creating our annual stakeholder report
  • Driving continual improvement and business change
  • Acting as key contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining our systems and processes, mindful of legislative requirements

Key skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a stakeholder engagement role (Ideally at Management level)
  • Able to establish and maintain key relationships
  • Confident and professional communication (Written / Verbal)
  • Ideally have experience of working within a regulated environment (Not essential)
  • Ideally degree educated within a business related subject (Not essential)

Package:

  • Salary - £37,925 - £46,125 (Dependent upon experience)
  • Up to 10% Annual bonus
  • Company pension
  • 25 days holiday + 2 half days holidays on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
