Receptionist / Administrator - Temporary Maternity Leave Cover - 9 to 12 months.

Matlock, Derbyshire (DE4)

The role offers 32 days holiday (pro rata to the contracted working period), an Auto Enrolment Pension and will be based on the National Living/Minimum Wage salary.

An experienced Receptionist / Administrator to cover an employee who is taking maternity leave.  The position is expected to commence in March/April 2019.

Candidates should have a professional phone manner and an intermediate ability in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook and have previous experience working in a professional reception or administration setting with the ability to book meetings/travel arrangements in a cost effective an efficient manner.  

Some experience in health and safety administration would also be beneficial but is not essential.   Attention to detail, professionalism and organisational skills are important attributes for the successful candidate to have.

This is a busy role and will include a number of administration tasks as well as being first point of call for customers/visitors to John Smedley either face to face or on the phone.
