Graduate Development Scheme

Are you looking at going to university or are currently at University? If so we have the perfect role for you!

Join us as a Graduate Development Programme and you will be able to gain work experience, complete your studies as well as attend college and University. You will gain hands-on training gained at our manufacturing site in Telford. During your first year on the Graduate Development Programme you will spend time within each area of the business, working alongside departmental Managers and specialists.  Giving you an insight in to each business area and enabling you to make a more effective career choose. You will be paid for each hour you spend onsite, working around your college or University study days and given a travel allowance.

As a participant of our Graduate Development Programme, you will have the opportunity to explore many areas of our site such as:

• Manufacturing
• Tool Room
• Packaging
• Engineering
• Plant Maintenance
• Technology Development
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Purchasing
• Planning

What will I achieve?

Together with invaluable knowledge and experience of each process within a Manufacturing Business which will enable you to make a more appropriate University degree and career choose.

In addition, we will support you through the University application process, support you on projects whilst at University, you will be appointed an onsite mentor. We will offer you a paid placement year on site.

On successful competition of your degree we will refund your course fees, up to £35,000 and offer you employment within our Company.

What do I need to apply?

To apply for the Graduate Development Programme, you’ll need Maths and English Language A ‘Level C+ or an academic equivalent.

BENEFITS

Your starting salary will be approximately £16,705 per year. Your salary increases every October, provided you continue to perform well. Upon completion of the scheme, you can expect to be earning a competitive salary. We will also offer you all the support and mentoring you need, travel allowance and 31 days holidays.
